Blue Source is operated by John Butler, a sole proprietor doing business as Blue Source, in Lansdale, Pennsylvania ("Blue Source", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you call us, text with us, or visit this website, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Phone calls. Calls to our number are answered by an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed. We collect what you tell us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and preferred appointment time, plus your caller ID.
- Text messages. If you agree to receive texts, we keep your mobile number, your consent, and the messages we send and receive.
- Website. This site does not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your call, book, change, or cancel your appointment, and follow up with you.
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders by text or email when you have agreed to receive them.
- To review and improve the quality and safety of our service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use voice recordings to identify you by your voice.
Text messaging privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our service, including Twilio (phone and text delivery), ElevenLabs (AI voice assistant), and Google (calendar and email). They process information only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
Call recordings are kept for up to 30 days, transcripts for up to 90 days, and booking records for up to 24 months after your last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. Records of text message consent and opt-outs are kept as long as required by law.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Ask for a person at any time during a call by pressing 0 or saying so.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by calling (267) 651-1785 or emailing caseyb4267@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We never ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords over the phone.
Children
Our service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
